I had engine lock up on Yukon in NE Oklahoma. Was not satisfied with that GMC dealership on handling my situation. Contacted Rollin Richard with Cummins. He put me in contact with Shane. Shane arranged for pickup of my Yukon to Weatherford, arranged a loaner, and eventually was able to make a deal on a new auto- Tahoe High Country. It was nice to be back in my part of the country, dealing with "my" people.
